Cancellation policy.

Your $50/month hosting subscription begins 30 days after checkout. That first month is on us while your website is being designed and built.

After that, hosting bills monthly on the same date until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Send an email to yugendigitalus@gmail.com with your business name and the website address, and we'll confirm your cancellation date in writing.

You'll be billed for one more monthly cycle covering the 30-day notice period. After that, no further charges.

At the end of the notice period, the website is taken offline unless you request a transfer.

Your domain stays yours — it's registered in your name and is not affected by cancelling hosting.

If you'd like to keep the site running elsewhere, tell us before your cancellation date and we'll export the site files and content and hand them over.

A one-time transfer and handover fee of $250 applies. If the destination host requires extra setup work, we'll quote that separately before starting.

The one-time website build fee covers the design and development work already completed and is non-refundable once the project has started.
